Shipping, Returns and Warranties

 Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Please note that we do our best to ensure our website reflects the current available stock prior to you making an order. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location and ordered product/s.

Our brands ship directly from their warehouse stock. If you have an order with products made by different brands, items are likely to have various arrival times despite the order being placed at one time.

International order? Please contact us via email. All overseas orders (excluding TAS) are dealt with on a case-by-case basis

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Shipping Costs 

We offer flat rate delivery pricing for some products depending on the size and type of the product being ordered, the flat rate will vary. Battery powered products require dangerous goods shipping for example, so are more expensive to send as they require specialist handling.

EMOTOS: Shipping to WA $250. All other addresses are quoted on a case by case basis. Please get in contact with us to get a quote. 


All our products are carefully packaged to ensure we prepare them for a safe travel. However we do know that there is a small risk your product may get damaged in transportation. If this occurs we will work with you to get a replacement sent out or allow for store credit on a similar item. 

In order for us to do this we do require you to report the damage within 24hrs of delivery. When you reach out to us to report damaged items we require photo evidence of the box it arrived in as well as the damaged goods. We will also need our couriers to collect the item from you as soon as possible and require your cooperation when doing so.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order once the product has been re-received.

All returned items must be in the same condition you received the product. This means all original packaging and tags. The product must not be worn or used.

We do not do refunds for a change of mind so please select your product carefully.
